Dr Cristian Leyton

PhD student

Cristian completed his Bachelor degree in Medicine in 2000 and then continued his specialisation in Neurology at the Universidad de Santiago de Chile. After that, he completed a Diploma in Clinical Neuropsychology at the Universidad Catolica de Chile, becoming interested in Cognitive Neurology and dementia. His clinical practice has been undertaken at the Hospital Dipreca and CETRAM, in Santiago, working with patients affected by cognitive impairment. Since 2009, Cristian is part of the FRONTIER group as a PhD student with interests in cognitive impairment, language, and neuroimaging in FTD.
