Dr Muireann Irish
Muireann holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Ph.D. in Neuropsychology from Trinity College Dublin. Her PhD investigated deficits in episodic and autobiographical memory in non-pathological ageing, Mild Cognitive Impairment and Alzheimer’s disease. Muireann moved to Melbourne in 2009 and worked in the National Ageing Research Institute before joining FRONTIER in April 2010. Here, she will pursue her interests in episodic memory in ageing and dementia using clinical and neuroimaging methods.
